Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order or an item does not fit, you may return it within 14 days of delivery to the address above.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order to secure availability.

Returned items will be refunded if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • All labels and tags must remain attached

  • Items must show no signs of wear or damage

Please include the delivery note or a written note with your order number and details. Missing information may delay processing.

Important:
Returns must be sent insured and prepaid.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once your return arrives, processing takes approximately 1–2 weeks.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method:

  • Bank transfer: up to 5 business days

  • PayPal: refunded to PayPal account

  • Credit card / direct debit: may take up to 16 days depending on provider


Returns from Non-EU Countries

For returns from Switzerland or other non-EU countries:

  • Mark package as returned goods

  • Include customs declaration (CN22/CN23)

  • Include invoice or proof of purchase

Incorrectly declared returns may incur customs charges and cannot be processed.

Warranty period: 24 months from delivery
Excludes normal wear, misuse, or improper handling.
