Return and Exchange Policy

How can I return or exchange products?

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us or if an item does not fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery to the address mentioned above. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order. This way, you can immediately check if your desired item is still available.

We generally refund items returned on time, provided they meet the following conditions, unless expressly agreed otherwise:

  • We only accept unused and unwashed items in their original packaging.

  • Labels must not be removed, and items must not be soiled.

  • The product must show no signs of use, and the quality label must still be attached to the item.

Please include the completed return form / delivery note or a similar note in your package. If the return slip is missing or incomplete, processing your return may not be possible.

Important: Please do not send the product postage due or uninsured! Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

How is the refund processed?

Once your return arrives at our logistics center, it is usually processed within 1 to 2 weeks.

  • Bank transfer: The refund will be credited to your bank account. Depending on bank processing times, this may take up to 5 business days.

  • PayPal: The amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.

  • Direct debit, credit card, purchase on account: The refund is processed via PayPal and will be credited to your original payment method. This may take up to 16 days. If you experience issues, please contact PayPal directly.

Returns from non-EU countries

If you are returning your order from Switzerland or other non-EU countries to Germany, please label the package as returned goods and include the customs declaration form (CN22 or CN23). Additionally, enclose a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase to verify the origin of the goods. Returns can only be processed duty-free if they are correctly labeled.

What to do in case of warranty claims?

Warranty and Guarantee Information

For warranty or guarantee claims, we are happy to assist you. Please send us an email with photos of the damage to: 7thcntry@gmail.com. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

The warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery. Damage caused by natural wear and tear or improper use is excluded from the warranty.

An additional guarantee is only granted if explicitly agreed in writing.

Special Notes

Your right of withdrawal under our terms and conditions expires prematurely if the contract has been fully fulfilled at your express request before you exercised your right of withdrawal.
